We send all our parcels/packages either with DHL or GLS. With the help of the tracking number we provide, you can track the status of your parcel/package on their site at any time. Please note, however, that we manufacture products individually and therefore – unless otherwise stated – the following delivery times apply:
- Production time: approx. 7-10 working days
- Delivery time: approx 2-4 working days
Therefore, the process from ordering online to receiving a parcel takes about 10-14 working days, but in most cases we are much faster.
The shipping costs for each destination country are listed below. For goods valued at €50.00 and above, delivery to Germany (including islands) is free of charge.
