If you would like to withdraw from your order, you can submit your withdrawal request here quickly and easily.Please enter your order number, your email address as well as your first and last name — exactly as you used them when placing your order. Alternatively, you can log in directly to your customer account and select your order there.
After submitting the form, we will automatically confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email and start the withdrawal process.

Please note that you can submit a withdrawal electronically up to 30 days after placing your order. After this period, the automatic online withdrawal option will no longer be available. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team will be happy to help.
For custom-made products, an automated withdrawal is unfortunately not possible. You can find further information in our withdrawal policy. However, if there is something wrong with your product or you have another concern, please also contact our customer support. We will carefully review your request and gladly assist you personally.
Alternatively, you can still submit your withdrawal manually using the classic withdrawal form.
